Science National Honor Society
The Rufus King High School Science National Honor Society was established in 2007 with the intent of recognizing those who have given of themselves and their time to Science at Rufus King.
To be eligible for the society, applicants must have accomplished the following:
Be of junior or senior standing.
Have a 3.5 average or better in all science classes.
Have a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
Have taken Biology and Chemistry.
Have taken or currently in Physics.
Recommendation of a Science Teacher
Will complete 30 hours of service for each year of membership
Plan to attend society meetings.
Pay $10.00 annual membership fees.
Mr. Glasenapp and Mr. Lund are advisors for Science National Honor Society.
